  • Plant 4 Good is looking for a warm, plant-obsessed people person to join our team! We're a plant shop in Ardmore, and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping customers find their perfect plant match.

    What you'll do:

    • Greet and assist customers on the shop floor, helping them find plants that fit their space, light, and lifestyle

    • Ring up sales, handle plant care questions, and keep the shop looking beautiful

    • Water, prune, and maintain plant inventory

    • Handle potting or repotting requests

    • Support workshops and events as needed

    • Help with light merchandising and restocking

    What we're looking for:

    • A great attitude and genuine love of plants and people

    • Comfortable talking to strangers and making them feel welcome

    • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask during busy shifts

    • Retail or customer service experience a plus, but not required.

    • Availability on weekends and some evenings required
